Just when you thought cell phone Internet capabilities were up to par with our needs, Verizon and AT&T cell phone subscribers can now enjoy live television feeds from most of the major television broadcasters. Just recently, with the Presidential inauguration, AT&T and FloTV reported record usage rates. The hour that the inauguration took place, text messaging spiked six times normal levels. Despite the crowded network, the inauguration broadcast flawlessly for most FloTV subscribers. Needless to say, it is unlikely that you will experience a lot of breakages in the broadcasts, and despite a lot of activity in your network that may cause you to drop a call here and there, your broadcast will likely stay in tact.
